Conference center

The conference will take place on the beautiful French island of Porquerolles in the Mediterranean sea. This is one of a three-island group directly to the South of Hyères, and South East of Marseille. The Centre IGESA is in the village of the island of Porquerolles, 5 min by foot from the beach and the harbor. It is located in a natural park, one of the last intact naturalistic area in the Mediterranean basin.

The centre is family holiday resort (when not hosting conferences). Activities for conference participants include exploring the coastline and beaches of the National Park, water sports, and visits to the nearby town of Hyères, with its traditional Provence architecture and medieval fortifications.

An excursion to the nearby and wild island of Port Cros will be organized.

Accommodation

All participants will be lodged in the IGESA center in double or twin rooms. All meals will be provided at IGESA center except the conference dinner.

Accompanying person

It is possible to bring along your family with you if you request it during registratin. In that case, they will sleep in your room (family rooms can host 2 adults and 2 kids). The price for each person includes lodging, all meals, wine and coffee (except below 18 for that last part). It is free before 2 year old, 55.76€ per day below 12, 69.70€ per day below 18 and 75.40€ per day above 18 years old.
